Afloat Recreation Program Management Course

The CNIC Afloat Recreation Program Management Course (ARPM) is mandatory (per OPNAVINST 1710.9 and CNICINST 1710.5) for Recreation Fund Custodians and Recreation Services Officers.

The three-day course is held in all fleet concentration areas. The course is mandatory in order for Recreation Fund Custodians and Recreation Services Officers to ensure the proper management and operation of a shipboard recreation program.
