InBody Testing
InBody testing is a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides detailed information about your body's composition, including muscle mass, fat mass, and water distribution. It uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure the resistance of your body tissues to tiny electrical currents.
During the test, electrodes are placed on Thumbs and the sole of feet, and a low-level electrical current is passed through. The resistance encountered by the current helps determine the number of different tissues in your body.
